Russian GDP Under Threat of Brexit, Warns Ulyukayev

Russian Economy Minister Alexei Ulyukayev tells Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that Brexit concerns are contributing to volatility in markets including oil. Ulyukayev added that a U.K. exit from European Union could result in an extended period of higher volatility as formal procedures would take years to complete.
