What's the Future for Russian, Saudi Oil Unity?

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak tells Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that Russian and Saudi cooperation on oil depends on whether it’s needed in the market. There’s no point in talking about joint actions “if there isn’t a force majeure involving prices,” he said. Novak added that Russian oil output will be “in range” of 525m-545m tons next year.
