McGuinty: Cancelling Gas Plants Was 'Right Thing to Do'
Despite a scandal that contributed to the demise of his 23-year political career, former premier of Ontario Dalton McGuinty says the costly cancellation and relocation of two gas plants was 'the right thing to do' because his character matters more than his reputation. In an interview with Bloomberg TV Canada's Amanda Lang, McGuinty adds that he has full confidence in his two former aides who have been charged for allegedly destroying evidence relating to the scandal.
