00:00We're panicked and we're going to phones . And this fiscal year might just two close which ends when just so that everybody knows that the fiscal year and then ends the end of February. OK. So 2017. So that's number one. Number two but they are not. Not with the recent multiple reason why we're in the business first so far we have a lot of customers that rely on us and these are our customers especially government and legal profession and medical field and investment banking. These customers are not the same customer that I need to position my security and software business. OK so it is important that I give them the end to end solution at least I give them a choice. My software business are agnostic to any form but my hardware business of course is BlackBerry. Is mostly a server business. Yeah and the server business that nonstick Jihye Lee to anybody. So you know it could be iPhone iPad could be an drag to be anything like my software my hardware business is all plus background but it's the most secure phone . So. So there are value added there. And then. So. But you've talked about the possibility of exiting the handset business if you can't make money. Exactly. Only by spending money. So I have to say rightly or wrongly again that you're pushing out the date on it. No because you're giving yourself more time. No I did. I went went back in records and I find out that the last time I made that statement was the first time I made that statement was September a year ago . So. So when people ask me how long will it take to see what are you going to make my guess. I said a year or so it's going to be September this year. So by September of this year you'll have Matt Miller. Well I will know but it looks good. I mean it really looks good. I will I'm going to segment reporting and the reason I go is I mean I wanted that investor to see you want full transparency Exactly. So you're going to segment text I'm going as everyone can see exactly how you're doing but where the hell is that. This is with the heads of software business. So when you say profitable BlackBerry has gross margins of 40 percent plus. So would you keep a handset business that couldn't generate a 40 percent gross margin. It depends. Because as I said it is my connection to a lot of the customers around the world. So it has value. He has value beyond just the margin of So how long will it be before we see the next phone where to come. Oh I haven't. I haven't said anything about where he is. But you know you could kind of piece that yourself . Yes you. You know at the end of the year what we're talking about something before the end of the summer. Are we talking about something in the fall. We were looking for something late summer early fall. OK. I've been the first one and then one that's later .
