Trump's China Tariff Bad for Americans, Donohue Says

Donald Trump's proposed 45 percent tariff on Chinese exports to the United States would be a severe blow to U.S. consumers and businesses, the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce said.
