Hong Kong's Hang Seng at 'Distressed' Levels

Hong Kong has joined a group of unloved markets whose stocks are worth less now than their net assets. From its peak last April, the collective worth of the 50 companies on the Hang Seng Index has fallen by more than $800B with about a third of those losses in the last 20 days.
