Bundesbank’s Dombret: Small Banks at Risk From Low Rates
The current low interest-rate environment poses risks primarily for insurance companies and smaller banks as income falls, Germany’s Bundesbank says in its annual Financial Stability Review. Though some German banks have strengthened their resilience, Bundesbank board member Andreas Dombret told Bloomberg’s Hans Nichols in Frankfurt.
