Taiwan's Ma Says No Country Can Ignore China

Taiwan's President Ma Ying-jeou says he wants to introduce tax breaks for companies that raise wages. Speaking to Bloomberg, Ma said jobs and income risk being undermined as manufacturers shift factories to China. But he rejected the idea of devaluing the currency to support the economy.
