Hillary Clinton: Time for Delay Is Over vs. Islamic State

2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton laid out her plan to tackle the Islamic State at a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. The former secretary of state called for a more effective coalition air campaign, saying “air strikes will have to be combined with ground troops actually taking back more territory” from Islamic State. “Islam is not our adversary,” she said, calling Muslims “peaceful and tolerant people.”
