Obama: Keystone XL Would Not Serve U.S. National Interests

The Obama administration has rejected the Keystone XL pipeline. At a White House news conference, the president said the pipeline would not be a “silver bullet for the economy.” Obama said the pipeline “would not lower gas prices for American consumers," pointing out that “gas prices have already been falling.”
