Turkish voters head back to the polls on Sunday, for the second time in 5 months. While polls point to another hung parliament, there are signs politicians would be more willing to form a coalition this time, the first since President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s AKP swept to power in 2002. A failure by opposing leaders to work together would thrust the nation deeper into a political crisis at a time when rising terrorist threats and the prospect of higher U.S. interest rates have spooked investors.
