Hillary Clinton on Benghazi: I Took Responsibility

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton testified before the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Thursday. She spoke of the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens. "I was the one who asked Chris to go to Libya as our envoy," the former secretary of state said. "I was the one who recommended him to be our ambassador to Libya. After the attacks I stood next to President Obama as Marines carried his casket and those of the other three Americans off the plane at Andrews Air Force Base. I took responsibility."
