Clarke Urges Osborne to Hold Off Cutting 45% Tax Rate

U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne should deliver a "bold, radical budget" today, says Kenneth Clarke, a former Chancellor. He should hold off from cutting the top rate of income tax from 45 percent though, Clarke said in an interview with Anna Edwards on Bloomberg's "The Pulse." (Source: Bloomberg)
