Unionization: McDonald's Isn't Lovin' It

One might think that the low-paying fast-food industry would be an easy place for organized labor to find recruits, but since small franchisees, rather than big outfits such as McDonald’s Corp., employ almost all the workers, it’s a particularly tough challenge for unions.
