Mordashov Says Early Election Would Destabilize Russia

Severstal's billionaire co-owner Alexey Mordashov says an early presidential election in Russia would be destabilizing for business and the economy. He made the comments after former Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, a long-time ally of President Vladimir Putin, said Russia should follow Kazakhstan’s example by holding an early ballot to set the stage for new economic reforms. Mordashov talks with Ryan Chilcote at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse." (Source: Bloomberg)
