Takata Agrees to Double U.S. Air Bag Recall : Foxx

U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx speaks about Takata Corp.'s agreement to recall 34 million of its air bags and submit its parts for government testing. Takata's air bags have been linked to at least five deaths in the U.S. Foxx speaks at a news conference in Washington.
