How Libor Rate-Rigging is Saving Lives

The London Air Ambulance service has saved over thirty two thousand lives, working out at about six serious traumas a day. But unknown to many is that not only is it a charity, relying heavily on the generosity of donations, but there is only one helicopter for London's ten million people. The service is now trying to add a second helicopter and some of the funding is coming from an unusual source: libor fines.
