Reinventing French Dining in New York
April 17 -- The new Baccarat Hotel in midtown Manhattan has taken another step into the luxury lifestyle realm. This week it opened French restaurant Chevalier. The man in charge is famed restaurateur Charles Masson. He sat down with Bloomberg's Pimm Fox and told him how after 40 years in the business, he is reinventing fine dining and French cuisine in New York.
