European Stocks Hit All-Time High

April 10 -- European stocks extended an all-time high as the region’s central-bank stimulus program suppressed bond yields and weakened the currency, aiding exporters. Gold rebounded and zinc reached a three-month high. Bloomberg’s Jonathan Ferro reports on “In The Loop.”
