Airlines Act to Adopt Two-in-Cockpit Rule

March 27 -- Airlines in Europe and Canada are to adopt new rules in the wake of the Germanwings crash. They’re following the U.S.’s standard of having two crew members in the cockpit at all times. Bloomberg’s Andrea Rothman reports on “Countdown.”
