Ex-NTSB's Goglia Discusses Germanwings Plane Crash

March 24 -- John Goglia, a former member of the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, talks about the crash of an Airbus A320 jetliner operated by Deutsche Lufthansa AG's Germanwings arm in the foothills of the French Alps. The plane was carrying 150 people en route to Dusseldorf from Barcelona. Goglia speaks with Yvonne Man on Bloomberg Television's "First Up."
