India `Seems to Be Going in Right Direction': Samra

March 4 -- India "seems to be going in the right direction" following a favorable budget and the central bank's second rate cut this year, according to Kully Samra, U.K. managing director at Charles Schwab Corp. He spoke in an interview with Manus Cranny, Anna Edwards and Mark Barton on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown."
