FCC Votes to Raise Broadband Web Benchmark to 25 Mbps

Jan. 29 -- Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler conducts an open meeting about a proposal to raise the threshold for broadband Internet speeds to 25 megabits per second.
