Christie Declares State of Emergency for New Jersey

Jan. 26 -- New Jersey Governor Chris Christie speaks at a news conference about storm preparations ahead of a blizzard forecast to bring as much as 24 inches of snow to the state. Christie declared a state of emergency and said New Jersey Transit will halt bus and train operations at 10 p.m.
