ECB QE Necessary, Not Sufficient for Recovery: Gallo

Jan. 23 -- The European Central Bank's program of quantitative easing is "necessary but is not sufficient to create a recovery," according to Alberto Gallo, head of European macro credit research at Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc. He spoke Thursday with Bloomberg Television's Manus Cranny.
