BOK to Take Preemptive Action if Growth Threatened

Jan. 22 -- Measures out of Japan have caused issues in South Korea where a strong currency is hurting exporters. The Bank of Korea says it may step in and help. Bloomberg's Shery Ahn reports on "First Up."
