Cutting Russia to Junk Would Be `Mistake': Dvorkovich
Jan. 21 -- It would be a "big mistake" to cut Russia's credit rating to junk, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich told Bloomberg at the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. He also discusses oil prices and currency controls in an interview with Francine Lacqua and Guy Johnson on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
