Franc No Longer Haven After `Ill-Judged' Move: Derrick

Jan. 16 (Bloomberg) -- The surprise nature of the Swiss National Bank's decision to abandon the franc's cap against the euro was an "ill-judged move" says Simon Derrick, chief foreign-exchange strategist at Bank of New York Mellon, adding that the franc has lost its status as a haven currency.
