Target to Abandon Canada After Billions in Losses

Jan. 15 -- Target Corp. has announced plans to abandon operations in Canada amid mounting losses in the billions less than two-years after its expansion into the country. Bloomberg’s Julie Hyman reports on ”In The Loop.”
