Gruber Apologizes for `Insulting' Remarks on Obamacare
Dec. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Jonathan Gruber, an economics professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Marilyn Tavenner, administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, testify about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
