The ECB's QE Conundrum: Draghi, Constancio Discuss
Dec. 3 (Bloomberg) -- The question for European Central Bank President Mario Draghi and the Governing Council ahead of tomorrow's policy decision in Frankfurt is whether to move toward broad-based sovereign-bond purchases or quantitative easing. Inflation at 0.3 percent has left the ECB with the onus to act to reach a goal of just under 2 percent, and officials suggest they might commit to QE early next year.
