Fowler Says ECB Must Support Inflation Expectations

Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Gerry Fowler, global head of equity derivative strategy at BNP Paribas SA, says European assets are suffering from "the massive reduction in growth and inflation expectations" in the region. "Credible" action by the European Central Bank has potential to reverse the trend, resulting in an upswing for stocks, he said in an interview with Jonathan Ferro on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move."
