Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Regina Ip, chairwoman of Hong Kong's New People's Party and the city's former security chief, talks about the pro-democracy protests taking place in the city. Hong Kong pro-democracy leaders shelved a vote on the movement’s direction as confusion grew within its ranks and signs mount that five weeks of protests are damaging the financial center’s prospects.
