Hong Kong Officials Blame Protests on Foreign Influence

Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Hong Kong officials have blamed foreigners for adding to pro-democracy protests one day before talks between protesters and government officials to seek an end to more than three weeks of unrest. Bloomberg’s Andrew Davis reports on “Bloomberg Surveillance.”
