Oct. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Lisa Picard, a developer at Skanska USA, talks about the Seattle real estate market and her projects housing the offices of Brooks Sports Inc. and Tommy Bahama Inc. Picard is part of a cadre of developers, including Liz Dunn of Dunn & Hobbes LLC and Ada Healey of Vulcan Inc., who are transforming historic neighborhoods or creating new ones close to the urban core during Seattle’s biggest building surge in three decades.
