Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Billionaire investor Carl Icahn may suggest in an open letter to Apple CEO Tim Cook that the company undertake mergers and acquisitions and use its cash for strategic assets to improve the value of its ecosystem, Bank of America Merrill Lynch analyst Wamsi Mohan says.
