Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Marcella Panucci, director general of Italian employers lobby Confindustria, talks about obstacles to foreign investment in the country, Prime Minister Matteo Renzi's proposed labor law changes making it easier to fire workers and more difficult to challenge dismissals in court, and the need for Italy to focus more on labor productivity. Panucci, speaking with Bloomberg's Flavia Rotondi at Confindustria headquarters in Rome yesterday, also discusses ways to boost growth in Italy and the outlook for a European Union job meeting in Milan.
