TUI Travel Has 'Strong Trading' in U.K., Germany

Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Long, chief executive officer for TUI Travel Plc, says the company saw "strong trading" in the German and the U.K. markets during the summer. He speaks to Mark Barton on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown" after the company raised the lower end of its full-year underlying operating profit growth estimate to at least 9 percent on a constant currency basis, compared with its previous guidance of a 7 percent to 10 percent range.
