Sydney Water Signs $105 Million Agreement for Plant Improvements
Sydney Water, Australia’s largest water utility, signed a A$100 million ($105 million) service agreement with Schneider Electric and Thompson Controls to upgrade systems and increase efficiencies at 33 water and wastewater treatment plants.
Sydney Water, owned by the New South Wales government, also said it’s spending almost $15 million to improve a wastewater pumping station and enlarge Narellan’s water treatment system.
