Romanian Utility Apa Serv Seek Bids for Water System Upgrades

Apa Serv SA, a Romanian regional utility, is seeking bids from companies interested in upgrading the water and sewer system in the northeastern town of Targu Neamt.

Apa Serv plans to award a contract estimated at 64 million lei ($18 million), according to a European Union procurement document. Bids can be submitted until Jan. 21, it said.
