German Ministry Calls Electricity Grid Meeting, Abendblatt Says
The German Economy Ministry has called a conference for Aug. 8 to discuss extending the country’s electricity grid, including the connection of offshore wind turbines, the Hamburger Abendblatt reported.
Deputy ministers from the northern German states and Bavaria as well as representatives from the Chancellery, the Environment Ministry and the Federal Network Agency will attend, the newspaper said, without saying where it got the information.
