Manchester United Agrees to Sign Borussia Dortmund’s Kagawa

Manchester United agreed to sign Borussia Dortmund’s Japanese midfielder Shinji Kagawa.
The transfer is subject to the 23-year-old passing a medical test and obtaining a U.K. work permit, United said on its website, without disclosing financial terms.
