Asmussen Says Germany Not Mulling Greek Exit, DAF Says

Germany isn’t preparing for the possibility of Greece leaving the euro, deputy Finance Minister Joerg Asmussen said in an interview with Deutsches Anlegerfernsehen in Frankfurt today.
The financial markets “know and trust” the new political leaders in Greece and Italy, he is cited as saying. The two countries, “especially Greece, must now implement what they have agreed 100 percent,” he said.
