Adira Dinamika, Benakat, Energi Mega: Indonesia Equity Preview
Shares of the following companies may have unusual moves in Indonesian trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses, and share prices are as of the previous close.
The Jakarta Composite index (JCI) fell 0.1 percent to 3,778.89.
Energy companies: Crude-oil futures gained 1.2 percent to $98.99 a barrel in New York on Nov. 11, the highest settlement since July 26. Oil last traded at $99.00 a barrel.
PT Medco Energi Internasional (MEDC IJ), Indonesia’s biggest listed oil company, fell 2.1 percent to 2,375 rupiah and PT Energi Mega Persada (ENRG IJ), the second largest, dropped 1.3 percent to 155 rupiah.
PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance (ADMF IJ): The financing company plans to sell 2 trillion rupiah ($223 million) of bonds next month to help fund its vehicle-financing business, the company said in a prospectus published in Bisnis Indonesia. Adira slid 0.4 percent to 11,350 rupiah.
PT Benakat Petroleum Energy (BIPI IJ): The oil producer sold a 2.4 percent stake in PT Elnusa (ELSA IJ), an oil-services company, for 37.5 billion rupiah, Investor Daily Indonesia reported, citing Elnusa President Director Elia Massa. Benakat was unchanged at 96 rupiah and Elnusa declined 2.2 percent to 220 rupiah.
