Charm Communications Buys 60% Stake in Clickpro, 21st Reports
Charm Communications Inc. (CHRM), a television advertising agency, bought a 60 percent stake in Shanghai-based Clickpro, the 21st Century Business Herald reported, without saying where it got the information.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by the third quarter this year, the newspaper reported.
Clickpro, an advertising company, was set up by former Google Inc. and eBay Inc. (EBAY) employees.
