Ghana's GDP Growth to Accelerate to 12.3% in 2011, Minister Duffuor Says

Ghana’s economic growth will accelerate to 12.3 percent next year when the country starts producing oil, from 5.9 percent this year, Finance Minister Kwabena Duffuor told parliament in the capital, Accra, today.
