Chinatrust Aims to Sign Deal With Bank of China, Dow Jones Says

Chinatrust Financial Holding Co. aims to sign a cooperation pact with Bank of China Ltd., Dow Jones Newswires reported, citing Chinatrust Chief Executive Daniel Wu. The company remains interested in acquiring Nan Shan Life Insurance Co., American International Group Inc.’s Taiwan unit, according to the news agency.
