During the 1980s, the U.K. government commissioned emergency Regional Government HQ (RGHQ) centers to be built at strategic locations around the country. Now the 46,383 sq ft (4,310 sq meter) RGHQ near Ballymena, County Antrim is up for sale for £575,000 ($830,000).
