Cyberattack Drills to Test Europe’s Supply-Chain Readiness
European Union governments are starting to take part this week in a large-scale simulation of a cyber attack affecting multiple member states.
The six-week exercise will see simulated attacks on supply chains and some spillover socio-economic effects in other countries. In the latter stage of the drills, participants will be asked to coordinate public communications and a diplomatic response to the cyber intrusion, according to people familiar with the matter and documents seen by Bloomberg.
