Norway is well known for high levels of EV adoption. Battery electric vehicles represented 54% of new vehicle sales in the country last year due to a mix of favorable policy support, high fuel prices, lots of home charging options, and the efforts of an impressive local grassroots EV owners association. A Super Bowl ad in February even featured Will Ferrell heading to Norway to see what all the fuss is about.
